Libra Investment Advisors is an investment-management firm built around portfolio architecture, quantitative research and disciplined implementation. We design strategies for investors who require more than a conventional allocation model.
Our portfolios may combine a strategic public-market core with rules-based futures strategies. Both components are evaluated within a common framework for capital, liquidity, collateral, margin and aggregate risk.
Strategies are implemented through segregated managed accounts or, for eligible investors, third-party-issued investment notes. Ownership, custody, authority, fees and risks are defined by the applicable advisory agreement or offering documents.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Libra Investment Advisors. He leads the firm’s investment research, portfolio architecture and product strategy, with a focus on integrating strategic public-market exposures, rules-based futures strategies and technology-enabled investment processes. His background spans more than a decade in quantitative research, financial-market systems and investment-product development.
Roberto Pérez Vieira
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
A computer engineer who graduated from Universidad Alejandro de Humboldt, with 10 years of experience in software development, automation and platform operations. He leads Libra's investment-systems architecture, data infrastructure and technology reliability, supporting secure and scalable processes for research, portfolio management, execution monitoring and operational control.

Senior Advisor
An economist with a master’s degree in Finance and the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations. He contributes market research, portfolio analysis and risk oversight, drawing on experience as an analyst, risk controller, portfolio manager and university professor.
